IMPORTANT NOTICE :

We’ve been listening to you and we heard what you want:
●a greater variety of toys,
●a higher inventory of the most popular toys,
●you receive more of the toys at the top of your wish list,
●toys for children older than five,
●more electronic toys.
…we plan to deliver!
So, we are going to “close our doors” until this fall when we plan to re-launch an even bigger and better toy rental company!
In addition to all of the toy inventory improvements mentioned above, we also have many operational and inventory control improvements that we will be implementing to better serve our members.
All of these improvements are designed with one objective in mind, to make BabyPlays THE COMPANY YOU LOVE to engage for your family.
We wish you a great spring and summer. And we look forward to having you join our new and improved BabyPlays this fall.

I am so sorry for the trouble! It has been a very difficult decision to shut our doors. We are hoping that we can get everything we need to make a very strong re-launch in the fall and provide better service for amazing members like you.
We are not currently shipping anymore as our shipping department is closed. If you don’t want to keep the toys you have feel free to return them, but we would love for you to keep them as a thank you from us for your understanding.
We are so honored to have had people like you in our program.

I am very disappointed that you are closing your doors until the fall because we were very excited about this service. But, we are excited to see what changes are coming in the future and will probably sign up again in the fall.
Hello-I all ready sent my box back last week and now I see you are closing. What will happen? Will you send me a new box?

We will not be shipping any further. I am so sorry about that. We will make sure that your account is refunded if you have already been billed for March. Please let me know if you have any questions at all.
